Samsung Galaxy S3 Launched in United States on June 21

Some time ago Apple filed a claim to legal institutions in the United States to block the sale of Samsung Galaxy S3. But now the power of local law can not grant the request of Apple.

“If Apple wants to make a motion to prohibit the sale of Samsung Galaxy S3, then Apple must file a new trial date,” said Lucy Koh, the judge overseeing the patent dispute case.

Samsung Galaxy S3 planned to be marketed in the United States starting June 21 and it appears the plan will not change.

Trial of Apple lawsuit against Samsung Galaxy S3 is scheduled to take place on July 30, 2012. Both parties were already preparing various documents to support their reasons.
