Samsung Galaxy S3 Launched in United States on June 21

Some time ago Apple filed a claim to legal institutions in the United States to block the sale of Samsung Galaxy S3. But now the power of local law can not grant the request of Apple.

Apple really wanted to block the sale of Samsung Galaxy S3 in the United States, this is because smartphone made by Samsung violates several patents owned by Apple.

There are at least two Apple technologies that claimed to have been used by Samsung, among others, how to work the S-Voice and data tapping that had previously been used as a weapon disabling HTC. See this HTC Evo 4G LTE To Be Delayed in US.

Apple is asking legitimate Temporary Restraining Order (TRO), or suspension of the sale of certain goods, but the date requested Apple is not possible, and can interfere with another trial schedule previously set.

“If Apple wants to make a motion to prohibit the sale of Samsung Galaxy S3, then Apple must file a new trial date,” said Lucy Koh, the judge overseeing the patent dispute case.

Samsung Galaxy S3 planned to be marketed in the United States starting June 21 and it appears the plan will not change.

Trial of Apple lawsuit against Samsung Galaxy S3 is scheduled to take place on July 30, 2012. Both parties were already preparing various documents to support their reasons.
